1. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
VIP Ticket Holders: 4:45 PM General Admission: 5:45 PM Arriving at your designated time allows for parking, check-in, and a smooth entry before the evening begins.
2. WHAT IF I ARRIVE EARLY WITHOUT A VIP TICKET?
Early arrival does not include VIP access. Entry to the VIP Experience is reserved exclusively for VIP ticket holders.
3. HOW DOES VIP ENTRY WORK?
VIP guests will enjoy an exclusive pre-event experience beginning at 5:00 PM, followed by priority entry into the main event space before General Admission. This allows VIP guests to experience the space first and be seated in advance.
4. CAN I UPGRADE TO VIP AT THE EVENT?
VIP tickets are limited and intended to be purchased in advance. On-site VIP upgrades are not guaranteed.
5. WILL I RECEIVE VIP GIVEAWAYS IF I UPGRADE ON SITE?
No. VIP gifts and amenities are reserved for guests who purchase VIP tickets in advance.
6. DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD MY TICKET?
No. Your name will be at the Check-in desk upon arrival.
7. IS SEATING RESERVED?
Yes. Seating is thoughtfully arranged to enhance the guest experience. Table assignments will be shared upon arrival.
8. WILL PROFESSIONAL PORTRAITS BE AVAILABLE?
Yes. Guests may participate in a portrait experience with a professional photographer. Portraits are optional and available for purchase onsite.
9. HOW DO I TRANSFER MY TICKET?
All tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred. Please email support@ntfcollective.org with the original purchaser’s name and the new guest’s full name prior to the event.
10. IS THIS A FUNDRAISER?
Yes. A portion of each ticket supports Nourish then Flourish Collective, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
