This Agreement is made between Nourish then Flourish Collective (“Organizer”) and you, the sponsor (“Sponsor”). By signing and submitting this agreement, you agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose
You, the sponsor, agree to support Nourish then Flourish Collective’s event, Grow, Bloom & Thrive, taking place on June 7, 2025, at Hyatt Centric SouthPark, by providing in-kind goods or services as described in your submitted sponsorship form.

2. Term
This Agreement is effective from the date you sign below until midnight on June 7, 2025.

​

3. Sponsor Benefits
In appreciation of your support, Nourish then Flourish Collective will provide sponsor benefits as outlined in the sponsorship package.

​

4. Obligations
Nourish then Flourish Collective will acknowledge your sponsorship and provide agreed benefits in sponsorship package.

You, the sponsor, agree to provide the in-kind contribution as described in your sponsorship form submission.

5. Intellectual Property
Both parties retain ownership of their respective names, logos, and trademarks. Use of such materials requires prior approval.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with at least 14 days' written notice prior to the event. However, due to the nature of in-kind sponsorship and the reliance on confirmed commitments, early termination may affect future partnership opportunities.
All obligations fulfilled prior to termination will remain valid.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during this sponsorship confidential.

​

8. Publicity
Both parties may use each other’s name and logo for event-related promotional purposes, subject to approval.

9. Tax Acknowledgment
Nourish then Flourish Collective will gladly provide written acknowledgment for in-kind donations of goods based on the details you share. Please note that while we deeply value all contributions, the IRS does not consider donated services as tax-deductible.
